Returning the goods

Return in Lithuania via Flipo.lt by Omniva post machines

Return item via Flipo.lt:

1. Fill in the goods return form here: https://www.flipo.lt/parduotuves/nunu-lt 

2. Print this form and place it in the parcel with the returned goods;

3. Pack the returned item and place it in the Omniva post machine:

4. Money for returned goods will be transferred within 10 working days.

Return from abroad

1. When buying in the store nunu.lt. each customer, and the good quality goods purchased by him, are given  14-day return guarantee from the date of receipt of the goods if:

  1.1 the product is unused and undamaged;

  1.2 the product has not lost its commercial appearance (labels, etc.);

  1.3 the returned product is complete with all the documentation and original packaging provided by the manufacturer.

2. To return a good quality product:

 2.1 fill in the goods return form, which is provided below;

2.2 explain the reason in the downloaded return form below;

2.3 the product must be unused, with labeling labels and in the original packaging, undamaged and maintain its appearance.

 2.4 the goods are returned via Lithuanian Post by registered mail. Contacts to be specified when returning: UAB Simonos kūryba, mobile number: 861551734. Address: Gėlių g. 4. 

3. Quality goods may not be returned if they are:

   3.1 gift voucher;

   3.2  goods that were produced individually according to the customer’s request;

   3.3 in other cases when the purchase and sale agreement cannot be terminated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. To return an item of poor quality, follow the steps listed above. (points 2.1, 2.2)

5. The amount of money returned to the consumer for a defective product is the price of the purchased product without delivery charge. Delivery fee is not refundable to the customer. 

6. The customer may change the goods and request:

 6.1 that the product is replaced with an analogous product of good quality, except in cases when the defects are minor or they are caused by the customer;

6.2 that the product is replaced due to incorrect size.

We may refuse to accept the product if changes have been made to the appearance of the product.
